Over the last few weeks I have realised that I am missing out on a lot of information as I am still not fully conversant with things like Twitter and even making proper use of this blog. I need to understand how I can add links that actually show the web site or pictures. My attempts have not been successful.
I also need to use my Twitter account far more. Looking at it once every 2 months is no use whatsoever. However we moved house about 10 days ago and this Friday we get connected to the Internet again so I can hopefully use my laptop at home (inbetween all the sorting out and decorating) to reconnect with the library world. Using these tools at work is just not an option as I work on my own.
Moving house and all that entails has made me try to organise all the library paperwork so that I have all Information Literacy ideas together, all the articleson readfing together and the updates from Ofsetd etc together. While sorting through a tray I found a list of bookmarking tags that needed to be put into lists on my Diigo site – I wondered where it had gone!
